Keep in mind that fast tracking an order may also depend on product availability, production timelines, and shipping limitations.

When requesting to fast track an order, it is helpful to provide as much detail as possible, including your order number, desired delivery date, and any special urgency or reasons for needing the order expedited.

Ultimately, the ability to fast track an order will vary depending on current workload and available resources. It is crucial to inquire early and be flexible with expectations, as fast-tracking orders may
not always be possible due to factors beyond our control.

Orders over £150 (ex VAT) are shipped free of charge in the UK. Any order that doesn’t meet the required threshold will be charged a standard delivery fee of £3.95 (Evri - Up to 1kg), £5.95 (Evri - Up to 2kg), £7.95 (Evri - Up to 5kg) or £9.95 (DPD - Up to 20kg). If you require your order sooner, you can pay for an express delivery please contact our team for a personalised quote.

Any order that does not require personalisation, is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm will be delivered within 3 working days.

All products when ordered will show a delivery date, please check your order confirmation to obtain this. Also note if you have ordered multiple items with different delivery dates your items will be despatched together, arriving by the latest date shown. If you would like your items to arrive separately, please contact us, as there will be an additional delivery charge. If you have received your order confirmation email rest assured, we have everything in hand. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within 2-3 hours, please check your junk mail. Failing that contact us via email and we will be happy to assist.

If it is a large, personalised order we encourage you to order samples, however these will be charged at normal rate.

Many of our products offer generous bulk discounts from as little as 10+ items. If the product you require is eligible for a discount it will be displayed on the order page.

All orders, when placed, will be given an ‘Arrives By' date. For personalised orders this is usually 10 working days from order placement and will be adhered to providing suitable artwork is uploaded at the time of order. However, please note that if our artwork team deem the format, resolution or artwork in general isn’t acceptable then this may delay the process. Our friendly artwork team are here to help, even if that means having to recreate the artwork ready for print. This will incur an additional fee and varies with the complexity of each design/logo.
